The Screw's Pasta in Ricotta Cheese

Pasta, preferably Spaghetti,
Ricotta Cheese in a jar, preferably Brand X.

Optional :
Honey or Cherry Tomatoes, about 15, sliced in two.
1 piece of shallots, sliced and then diced into even smaller ones.


Boil water, add salt, after the water is boiling, add in Pasta. Cook for the next 5-15 minutes. People like to recommend al dente (springy) but I like mine till it's big and soft.

Drained water then put Pasta in a bowl. Add half a teaspoon of Olive Oil and mix to the Pasta to prevent it from sticking to each other.

Heat a medium skillet, put in half a teaspoon of Olive Oil. When it's hot, add in those Optional Ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Add Ricotta Cheese a little bit of water and stir. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Then it's ready to be served on top of pasta.
